Gosh! How did you come across Rinrig?

In a fanfic, believe it or not! Someone had quoted lines from a Runrig song at the beginning of each section of their story, and I was so intrigued I went off to find the tune. Same with Nightwish: someone rec'ed a fan video that happened to be set to their song Nemo and I was blown away. Fandom has brought me some very cool music, something which I never would have predicted or guessed :)

They are the soundtrack of my late teens. I lived in Edinburgh and remember them playing a concert on the castle esplanade. I sat in Princes Street gardens and was able to hear all of it...happy times!

The first album I ever bought for myself was "Bat Out of Hell" -- I played it over and over. I've seen The Loaf in concert three times so far and hope for more!
