 Went snowboarding with Katy this Sat. My first time since the season began! All went well until my last run. A storm was starting to let loose and in the white-out I somehow found the only patch of ice on the whole mountain. I'm not sure what I did in mid-air but making contact with the ice went in this order: elbow, shoulder, head, hip, board. Ow

Okay, no matter what speed you're moving or what temperature it is outside hitting your head against the ground usually isn't fun. Hope you get to relax and maybe take a nice bath for those sore muscles. ♥

Well, I'm lucky enough to own a helmet and I was smart enough to wear it on Sat. :-) My head doesn't hurt one bit, it's the shoulder I tore up. A bath would be awesome, except our water heater is tiny, so the hot water runs out after the tub is only about 1/3rd full. So no luck there... >_>
