Maybe it's the way I live my life these days. With such a flexible and sparsely-packed schedule I hardly ever need to rush. I'm starting to learn that it's ok to take time to do things. If I may make a psychological observation, the irrational anger likely stem from increasing sense of lack of control over an increasingly complex system in which we live. I would guess that the anger you described is scarce in rural areas or places where life is simple.
