My widescreen monitor dreams came true - Gerald bought me a new 20" LCD for Christmas. Yay for best sibling! I picked out a couple of possibles on newegg.ca, and we discussed prices and sizes, settled on one, and ordered it. It arrived on Wednesday, and there really is nothing like more screen real-estate. Easier to do work on it!

Very nice. I have a lot of cable clutter too from connecting my work laptop to my big screen at home. And like you, I had to have a USB extension to plug in my mouse (finally got a Razer and very happy), printer, keyboard, scanner and when I need it, to the CD/DVD player and external hard disk. I have so much cable clutter and am not sure what to do!

Yeah, I don't know what to do with cable clutter. All the online solutions show them drilling holes in the table and running them underneath, but I'm working on a repurposed round dining table that I can't drill holes in, so everything just runs off the back in a huge, messy bundle. I do have a huge binder clip holding them together, but the sheer volume is scary.

The Razer is great.. I really can't go back to any other mice - but I can't bring myself to pay for new Razer mice, either.

simple idea, stupid price. but it is quite well made and works well. i stick a row of sockets in mine.

To be fair, Chrono Trigger is a fairly iconic title in the history of RPGs. Was one of the first to give multiple endings depending on what you did and how.

So how's the gameplay on 'World Ends...'? Read some reviews, and it looks interesting, but not had a chance to try it out. Just got Scribblenauts as my christmas pressie from Karen, but she says I'm not allowed to play it until christmas :p

TWEWY is pretty engaging so far, but I'm cutting back on playing time, there's too much to do right now. The gameplay is alright, varied enough to keep you interested, but also tends to become a little bit of a button-mash (but that's just my style), except not button, but stylus-swipe-mash...
