Hey guys, want to help me write some software? I know you do! I have been inspired to actually start working on my bundle management interface (working title: BUNDLICIOUS, obviously). I haven't written any code yet; instead, I've been thinking about the actual user interface, and I would like your thoughts

I think this sounds like the easiest way to go about it. Perhaps if there was an option to choose to show all tags, only unbundled, and perhaps a search option? What I'm thinking is say if I know that the tag I want to bundle is "kidfic", but I already have it bundled. Scrolling through all my tags until I get to that tag is tedious (especially if I'm looking for something beginning with "w" or whatever), but if I could enter the tag name to have is display, it'd make finding those elusive tags easier.
I'd also like to have functionality to add new bundles, and delete or rename existing bundles. Also love this idea, especially the rename option ( ... )

I do think you're right about the list of tags, and I think a filter would be pretty easy to implement. That's an excellent suggestion.
I don't know about merging bundles, but you did get me thinking that maybe it'd be tedious to do this one at a time. Like, maybe instead of being drag-and-droppy, it should be ticky boxes so you could pick the ones you wanted and move them in one go. Hrm. HRM.

you mean this for the function of bundelicious? I think that's a great idea, as I usually move tags around by groups.
I was also thinking that perhaps another field of info could be recently changed tags? Specifically, to be able to undo an edit that you've implemented? With the current bundling page of del I have quite often accidently added a tag to a bundle because of miss-clicking (or failed to add a tag because of the same reason). It'd perhaps be handy to see the most recently bandled/edited tags, and as with Murks' script, have a hover popup to show where it is bundled to.

The only function I'd want that you haven't already come up with would be some way to add a tag to several bundles at once. But thinking about it, that mainly bothers me with delicious' bundling system because you have to spend ages going back and forth between different bundle pages, and I worry that I'll forget which bundles I've already added the tag to and then accidentally miss one out. If switching between bundles was faster, and hovering over a tags told you what bundles it was already in, the problem might not bother me nearly so much.
