That's great information, thanks, and what I was hoping for. It certainly supports the argument that there's nothing wrong with a small-scale highly regulised trade.

I figure if some people like horse, let them eat it. Who cares?? Personally I don't like tough meat as it is, and red meat ain't my thing as it is... so I might give it a nibble just to see, but like goat etc I would likely pass. I don't like the stuff I eat to taste like animal *LOL* So sirloins and breast meat for meeee!!
