Yak milk is pink???

So I've been told. Apparently the pink fades after a while. And the resulting cheese/butter/yoghurt is the standard bovine milk colour.

A great opportunity t try new recipes, plus the more energy benefit too!

People often forget that for many weeks a year most of the Mediterranean went vegetarian with fasting, so there should be some good options there for recipes.
