Her doctor sounds like an ass. I can't believe he/she would leave a mother in that condition to stew about it for another week and get more worked up. Just the experience of being treated so badly cannot be good for them.

Are there other doctors in that practice or maybe one a friend could recommend to talk to? It's worrisome that she's not being seen at all this week.

I am crossing my fingers for all of you that it works out beautifully.

What in the fucking fuck. Every OB has a backup. This makes no sense whatsoever.

At the very least she should be getting non stress tests to verify that Quinn is still doing well. OMG.

OMG, that is completely ridiculous!! I get that the Dr. has a life, vacation, whatever, but when I go on vacation and there's stuff going on, I have to delegate and make sure it will be covered BEFORE I leave. Um, shouldn't he be doing that too??

Do you want a non-rev pass to fly down to Houston? Flight loads are heavy because it's spring break, but there are so many flights between Dallas and Houston every day that it's not really an issue.

Wow. I'm upset reading this. How can he just take back what he said and leave? It's not only unprofessional and rude but dangerous! Is there any kind of supervisory person they could talk to? How can this guy not be held accountable?
