are you a person that generally has problem with textures? I think that while the overall look may or may not always be appealing, the tastes are overwhelmingly good. Plus, the plates don't always look totally weird -- I just picked some of my visual favorites.

Foie Gras is one of the most delicious things I've ever put in my mouth.

I loved Alinea. I want to go to Moto one of these days and also I really really want to go to Minibar at Cafe Atlantico in DC.

i have been--and listening to the minnesota strip podcasts. i'm sure miscarriages are terrible. lost my uterus last year to tumors. that was awful too.
despite the sad stories, i'm still orgasmically smitten with duckydoo
