I've recently re-discovered that I like to cook, which is a good thing, since I've been doing a lot of it in the past couple of days. More quinoa fans at our house. I used to make it all the time. It's quite good with some chunks of yam and a handful of sunflower seeds, a little olive oil, butter and tarragon, and any veggies you've got handy. Adding some french lentils also works well.
