That's Coney McVagFace Incognito from the Hellsing OAV or OVA or whatever it is when they deviate from the manga totally. He's a...something, idk, not a Nazi vampire and thus rather inexplicable given the context. I probably would be better able to tell you if I could watch an episode of Hellsing without my hormones brain yapping loudly through the whole thing about how hawt Integral Alucard is. It makes it hard to maintain my strict nature of heterosexuality concentrate. So gay for Integral it hurts seriously

I WAS GOING TO ASK: where is the term 'elbow herpes' from? Because there was incident at my lunch table in high school that resulted in supposed elbow herpes--not seriously speaking, as it doesn't exist, but you know what I mean. I thought it was just Chris and Perry and Ana and Nicole being Chris and Perry and Ana and Nicole but now that you've used the phrase I'm not so sure.
