I found out early this evening that Niki my former boss from Woolcott passed away. She was sick for so long, I'm still not sure what to say tho.....

Well shit. I figured it would happen sooner rather than later, but it still sucks.

I guess it's some comfort that she had been doing better before she died. I just saw her in the store a few weeks ago. Hope you're okay.

I saw her just a few weeks ago also. She was looking much better, better spirits then I've seen her in a long time.

The service is tomorrow morning. I'm not to sure what to expect. It'll probably be traditional, but have a sinking feeling they will do something like play some Neal Diamond or the soundtrack to Working Girl. (She was notorious for playing them over and over days on end at the store. I even hid some of the CD's from her every once and a while)

I'll post how it goes.
