Wah. So much pain and betrayal and loss of love in this story. Peter's protectiveness about his garden, and his odd state of mind around that, was sweet, wonderful, and also disturbing. I guess it's that when so much time has passed, and such terrible things have happened, what matters anymore beyond the small things?
Indeed! It's all about priorities changing, because the world and rules are no longer the same. Little things become vital and more meaningful than they ever were.
Gushing and flailing hands are just fine by me ^^ And I'm honored you liked it enough to recc!
You're most welcome, and hopefully you'll stumble by again in the future ^^ (I think I'm going to indulge this "world" a lot more because I really like the setting and the dynamics between Peter and Sylar.)
A poker, eh? XD Lol, go for it, I usually don't have anyone just hanging around and being annoying (not that I really find it annoying, really... lol)
I'm supposed to be having a break from fanfiction since I'm focusing on another project, but what can you do...? I keep thinking that writing something instead of nothing is better, yeah? As long as the words keep flowing.
