Sketchbook Project

So I joined the Sketchbook Project a little while before Comic-Con. It's an amazing program by the Brooklyn Art Library where they send you a tiny sketchbook that you fill with drawing of an appropriate theme. How about building one picture upon another of things looking at each other? Pick the smallest character in your story and have it fill almost the entire page. Make it obvious something bigger is looking at it. The next picture could be the "something bigger" filling the page with something bigger (2) looking at it. Next page? "Something bigger (2)" being looked at by something bigger (3), etc ( ... )

I like the "zoom out" idea. And there are several maids in my comic who are likely trying not to hit a king on the head with a broom. Someone else also suggested a particular character's first flight.

There are no gargoyles in my comic. I should fix that.
