Dear HiH Member,

It is my pleasure to say that you have been recommended by a current member of hh_order to be a fine addition to our ranks. The Order is a select group composed of 21 individuals, five members from each of the four houses and one moderator, chosen to work in tandem to support and project the mission of hogwartsishome.

General Responsibilities
All members of The Order are responsible for the following duties
(in addition to any specific task or positions assigned)

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisor (Order Mod).
• Operate with a clear understanding of both hogwartsishome & livejournal.com policies and procedures.
• Complete weekly and special assignments within a timely fashion.
• Maintain an accurate and organized record of his/her completed assignments.
• Advertise and market for any special events hosted/sponsored by The Order.
