She held her arms up to him. Despite her very grown-up appearance, there were many parts of her that still remained Daddy's Little Girl.

"I went to see Ares, and he was dancing with Nephthys, and he reallllly got mad. He flipped me off, Daddy! He flipped ME off! At least, I think it was him. He had the whole gruff "I Am War, Worship Me" attitude going on... You would have thought I'd interrupted World War III! And then! AND THEN!"...
...And then Ruina burst into hot, angry tears...

"And then he shot this horribly hot, painful ... something... at me! And then here I was! DADDY!! Do something!!"

Seth helped her up and held onto his little girl as she spoke.

He was doing What to Nephy? Think very hard, my love, did it actually look like dancing?

He stopped and grew dark when she told him what had happened to her, to his baby girl.

She cuddled against Seth, burying her face in his shoulder.

"I dunno...It... looked like they were dancing... I was only there for a second or three. But now that I think about it, they weren't moving... Do you think Aunty Isis could help? I really just wanted Strife's tongue back! He can't taste our wonderful CAKE until he gets it back, and Ares has it!"
