Athena wandered through the halls of the Hadean temple with cautious steps and weary eyes. This was forsaken ground; a place where Olympians were often unwelcome - and a place she had never dreamed of having to visit. Her eyes drifted to an arboretum as she passed it by, the calling of birds and the sweet smell of orchids enlightening her senses. For a moment, she was free of the chaos that had continuously been seeping into her thoughts. Her footsteps finally brought her to a large wooden door where she knocked once and then opened it - easing inside.

"Hello..?" Athena said softly, peering through the dark. Her eyes wandering to some stray lit candles, Athena realized she had entered someone's bedchamber. She was about to leave until she heard someone's voice, chilling to the core.

"What business do you have in my home, Daughter of Zeus?"She turned to see Hades, hugging the covers to him and sitting on the edge of his bed. Immediately, she saw signs of fatigue and weakness - features very uncommon to the likes of Gods. Athena moved ( ... )

Appearing out of the way and probably going unnoticed until her granddaughter and son finish conversing, is a large cask with a tap of something she thought that would never have to be offered to her children once they had grown. Others could scoff as they wish, but her nourishment sustained them through the worst once they were pulled from their father’s stomach and it was her nourishment that saved Dionysos. Unless he was completely embittered or lost all reason in his illness, Hades will see the value of what she has offered without even setting foot in the room.

Knitting her hands in worry from her own semi-permanent home on Olympus, Rhea tunes in, feeling every ache that he aches and hoping that he at least accepts what she has presented. It will not magically fix “everything” but will strengthen him enough until he finds something that will set him to rights.
