Ennnnyyoo!

Eris was, for a change, strangely animated as she stomped down the stairs of their home, heels clicking dangerously against italian marbled floors. Emotion wasn't really her forte - she left it mostly to her sister. Extreme Anger was definitely not her norm. She'd not been this angry, really, since...Don't you think they've learned by ( Read more... )

Eris' animated state could never be lost on her twin, because her twin was directly affected by such a sharp state of emotion. The more bellicose of the pair had been in Darfur, and had returned to the temple she shared with the blonde upon sensing her upset. As a matter of balance and the way they complemented each other, Enyo was remarkably mellow, at least by comparison to her normal, almost constant state of at least poised, enjoyable tension.

"Who's disrespecting, poppet?" Enyo had removed her bloody garments and had already bathed; she was wearing a black silk robe and pulling a comb through her hair. When her sister appeared, she put her comb down, and rose, looking concerned and troubled by Discord's upset.

Enyo made a face that approached as close to guilt as anyone would haev ever seen. Things had been busy, things had been fun - warfare just kept getting more and more global, and Enyo kept getting more and more caught up. There was so much fun to be had, everywhere... blood and sand and pillaging and all the best things in life. And now, she'd made a major oversight, and on one of her beloved's sorest points.

"Well, poppet..." she began, scrunching her face slightly in preparation for her sister's reaction. "That's rather my fault."

Her mouth was in a guilty little moue, and her eyes were coming as close to remorse as their bullet sharpness came.

"You see," she began, "you were napping. And so I was here, and these," she summoned two notes, "came for us. I was going to say something, but then there was all this lovely bloodcurdling in the Sudan, and you hate to have your naps disturbed..."

Only known to her twin, the puppy-dog eyes of the Goddess of War were a sight to behold.

slightly mollified, she crossed her arms, and scowled lightly at the invitations shown to her.

Hmph. I do dislike having a good nap interrupted.

So you're saying they're not scorning us... we're scorning them?

I think I approve.

affected by the puppy dog eyes, she slipped closer to her sister, chinning her shoulder So now what?
