Yep. It always amazes me when people say Jared isn't a talented actor, and I think, "Have you met Sam Winchester? There's hardly a shred of (public persona) Jared in there!"

My husband says this re: Jared's acting. I think probably this is because he doesn't watch gag reels or any other actor footage and hence has NO fucking idea.

It's like Kripke and the writers deliberately went about building a character that was the OPPOSITE of how Jared behaves in real life. By which I mean, in front of us.
