So... I was feeling whimsical.

Here's a very short and random poll of Buffyverse ponderings.

In the four way battle, I would like to believe Buffy would prevail.
She is a survivor.

-The Master sired vamp!Willow. She does seem pretty high up in the vamp hierarchy in the Wishverse after all.

-Buffy can defeat both Angel and Spike, so they're out. A fight between Buffy and Faith would be close, but Buffy tends to win over Faith, so Buffy.

-Sophus. It's all about the brains.

- *Had to change my answer cause I misread the question* According to Tara, Spike could hit her in S6 because her body got a bit rearranged during the resurrection. So his chip no working is dependent on her body, not her mind. So Faith in Buffy's body could totally get beat up by Spike.

-Much as I love the Dance of Capitalist Superiority, I had to choose the Dance of Joy. Cause Joss does it.

In the 4 way battle, no one holding back, with neither Spike or Angel in love with Buffy, so making it equal and I would go with the Slayer of Slayers. Now with Spike and Angel being in love with Buffy, I have to go with Buffy. Also what makes Buffy stand out among other slayers is her connections to the world, Family, love, if you will.

Question number 4 and I had a starring contest, and I think it won but I answered any way with pure best guess.
