The arrival of Gwen and the brothers was delightful and I love that she brought snacks and tea. It's an apocalypse with Hob Nobs!

The descriptions of this war torn London, buildings toppled by earthquake, bodies scattered to and fro, is vivid and grim. The mystical creatures laying waste to humanity are terrifying, too. Learning that this is happening world wide was a blow. How can the gang still believe Morgana is mad?

Your Will continues to delight me. This made me laugh out loud: “Just pictures?” Jeff drew in a deep breath. “I notice you haven’t mentioned food or drink in this scenario. You won’t survive long enough to get to the Mona Lisa.”

“Melted snow and cannibalism,” Will had replied, without even pausing. Merlin had, with everyone else, taken a moment to stare at him and wonder about the wisdom of being trapped with him at the end of the world. So practical!

This is wonderful.

There seemed to be a collective agreement that they were going to handle the apocalypse in true British fashion - by looking at it over a cup of tea.

I LOVE that line! Also wanted to say that this whole thing is AWESOME and I'm totally enjoying it. *goes on to the next chapter*
