Oh CBS, wtf?

Now they are saying they're doing BB11 in winter 2009. Fan-fuckin-tabulous.

Do I really need to list the reasons this is bad? Besides me not having nearly enough time with the livefeeds during the school year?

On the plus side, this speeds up All-Stars 2, thus giving me a chance to see Eric or Dick or Jen or ANYONE from BB8 (except Kail, Mike, or ( Read more... )

Do you have a link to the info on winter09? I need to find ways to start poking holes in that terrible, terrible, terrible idea.

To me it sounds like a mess. The house divided thing that is. And going back to the roots. I have no desire to go back to BB1, and that is the live audience/audience participation.

We'll see how it goes.

I take going back to the roots to mean going back to a point when the houseguests were actually strangers and the twists were about the gameplay elemens and not, "OMG HOW DOES THE HOUSE KNOW EACH OTHER?"

That's the Big Brother I like. When the twists are actually fair for everyone and not just the ones lucky (or sometimes unlucky) enough to be in them. And when you actually need strategy to do well and the ability to interact with strangers and not just like, your boyfriend.

I think I missed the house divided thing though. What was that?

Well yeah, that's nice, but it's the other shit I worry about.

House divided = people with strong opposing view points, very diverse. I.E. we're in an election year, think about it.
