I think I hate Suzie in this, being so coldly manipulative, and also going behind Jack's back, presumably for something he would never allow her to have. She's not a nice person!

Thanks for the comment, and it certainly could go that way. In my mind this IS something that Jack would have authorized. It's just something that Suzie doesn't want to go the trouble of paperwork for, and this is Suzie seeing if she can push Tosh. It's a first thrust, so in my mind it's not anything that Suzie's going to get in massive trouble for if Jack finds out she's asked for it.
