My arms look like I tried to fist a cactus. Ah, the joys of having a kitten. But she's asleep by my feet as I work, and alternates her napping between there, my lap, and the nook in my desk where I keep my tablet. She greets me with a voice like a tiny glass bell and wide hazel eyes. I'm in love.

And to think, she was almost a barn cat.

Indeed. She spent most of the trip on my shoulders, and she prefers to ride around and sleep there. X)
