Why is LC telling me to vote?

Can someone tell me why celebrities are telling the youth of america to go out and vote? Why should the intelligent and informed 18 pluses listen to Justin, P Diddy and Selena Gomez. Because they are politic savvy and went to college

I think that a lot of American politicians feel that they cannot negotiate with Palestine. I don't know all the details because I'm not an expert on the war, but all I know is that US involvement was probably wrong in the first place. I don't agree with "invading" Palestine, but the violence needs to be stopped and all parties involved should be pacified. HOWEVER, McCain's philosophies (overall) can't be much better. So basically, you're picking your poison or between a greater and lesser evil. D:

The US will never invade Palestine (without series just cause) or else, again, crazy holy world war three will break out. Even if Israel is trying to get them too - which they probably wont for previous reason.)
I was talking about invading Pakistan anyhow.

I think it's like that with most presidential races, sadly. It is important for the next American president to represent all citizens of America and their opinions. That is, if he/she wants to get elected.

im not pro any candidate at the moment.
but i do understand the point youre coming from. but what i dont get is why are the celebrities promoting voting?? maybe is more like a "speak up, please."
so how come you dont wanna vote tho? would you not vote in general or do you not wanna vote for this years campaign?

and of course i would it ever so freakin much if america invaded pakistan and i want america to stay out of the israel/palestine situation. to be honest, the two opposing sides should settle it out on their own. i dont wanna sound mean but....the country people's pride and grudges are making their children of today suffer. its brought upon themselves.

anyhoo, i only want obama cuz hes gonna help out the school systems. i wont go into it cuz its gonna be long, but yeah.

i kno im voting. hopefully by the time everyone's term is over we'll have candidates that you and i will definatly vote for.

Right now I am probably too, because his VP choice is way, way, way better than McCains'.

Sometimes I wish America was completely out of the isreal/palestine ordeal, but where you're wrong is that they DIDN'T bring it upon themselves. A long time ago the land was jewish, but then the muslims drove them out. Fast forward hundereds of years, WWII. The British decided to pretty much give Palestine to the Jewish (who were persecuted.) This caused the violence and when the Brits realized they couldn't fix it, they pulled troops out (ring any bells? *cough*, Iraq, *cough*)So technically, I blame the Nazi's. I don't think any country with balls should not be involved in the conflict: they just cant be because its religous and people are dying like crazy. But they absolutly shouldn't favor one side over the other, but should try to reach peace treaties.
