What's the shutter speed?

Tripod, or freehand?

my mistake, this wasn't taken with the prime lens (just looked up the info on this pic) focal length 18mm, exposure time 0.8 seconds, f3.5 iso 400. freehand. it was the only of 3 that wasn't blurry!
