I was a little concerned about using this device during a lightning storm, but I'm actually thinking of going outside to go investigate some things I'm curious about. Namely that river that surrounds the palace...

So while I don't enjoy it, and wish it would rain, I'm not going to let it stand in the way of exploring a bit.

Well I'd prefer if it didn't, but if it did strike near me I could probably deflect it with the river water itself, I'm thinking. {{ooc edit: Katara fails to realize that the water would conduct the electricity, not repel it, since her bending water is not likely deionized. silly Katara.}}

Either way, I'm tired of just sitting around here and not doing anything. I'm too curious about what the Creator's Palace might be like.
