Hello everybody in the My Chemical Romance fandom!

I am listening to this now. SO COOL. I am so into Dustverse, and ladyfoxxx's fic in particular, this weekend. Listening to this is like going into the world of the story. I love how, at least for the first few songs (I'm writing this listening to the Muse song), it sounds staticky, like a real pirate radio broadcast. It's perfect. Did you add an effect, or choose songs that already had that sound to them?

Thank you! Nope no effects, besides the editing I did on "Romance". The songs on this playlist all have a definite reason, between just being plain creepy to the rebellion against a failing government. Most of the punk bands are MCR's (Frank at least) favorite. Most of them are from Jersey too! :D I'm so glad that you liked it and thank you for leaving me a comment!

It's so cohesive and beautiful, seriously. I just finished the Willy Wonka song. Quick, point me towards a government to rebel against! I am READY.

I would love to hear a list of Dr. D's reasons for selecting each of these songs (besides, it seems, having Frank on his mind, which fits in quite well with the fic).

I love this mix SO MUCH, as you already know from all the RT squealiing I sent in your direction when I was listening to it, but OMG and HOLY HELL it's so completely perfect, not only for TMGMK but also for the killjoys verse as it's portrayed in Art Is The Weapon, because you know that Dr D would play these tracks. I will forever associate these songs with this 'verse and this mix and I have been listening to it so completely non stop since you sent it over. I will never hear Pure Imagination quite the same again. Or any of the tracks. This is GENIUS and absolutely what we all need to be listening to until they drop the album in November.

SO MUCH LOVE. ♥

I LOVE YOU!!!! SERIOUSLY. The video came out and I was like "WHERE IS SHEEEEE?!" lol! I'm so happy that you liked it, it really means a lot to me. My reasons? I have to re-type them all because I delete the e-mail. T_T I'm off to do that. Now do I get a Hard Candy sequel? I'll take a mind bogglingly hot Gerard/Frank Killjoy fic too. lol! I'M SO HAPPY. \o/

GOD. I ACTUALLY TYPED THE REASONS *facepalm* Ummm I'm from Jersey, so I'm stereotypically destined to love all trans ams. Ugh. If you write it, I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER. (as if I didn't already) Is there something wrong with me for falling in love with Gerard's shoulder? That kid needs to show more skin because I was drooling over a SHOULDER. o_o;

Woo hoo! It worked beautifully and I friggin' LOVE THIS MIX. It *is* perfect, a weird but absolutely fitting blend of tracks that crackle and draw clear aural images of long hours, riding through the desert in a beat-up trans am. It also makes me deeply miss the crap quality mixtapes from my high school years. Excellent, excellent work.

I've just downloaded this and I'm listening to it now and my god it's good!! I love how the songs flow so well together and all of them fit the 'verse so well! I could see them blasting this as the race through the desert :D

Beautiful work, and my god thinking of Gee singing pure imagination is equal parts creepy and amusing :P I kinda want it to happen now XD Still it fits into the 'verse as I said, I can imagine them making the world better in their minds.
