What work do you do? Also, I know what you mean about that. I gave this girl at work shit today for messing up something simple. It pissed me off because I had just come back to the office from meetings and ticket selling all day so to come back and find I need to do more work really set me off. xD

I'm a manager at a store, so most of these mess ups are something that ends up pissing a customer off and of course they want to speak with a manager Lol. So days of trying to fix the problem and dealing with angry customers! So much fun : (

I bet that did piss you off, I'd of been upset as well.

Oh, wow, I can definitely see why you would be irritated then. Customers can be really...UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH. T___T I used to work in a movie theatre and was a team leader. xD
