I'm not too clear about those myself, but apparently Disgaea 4 is introducing a 'punishment system' you can use on monsters. Some of the commands are 'tie up feet', 'tie up hands', and the aforementioned 'ecchi talk'.

Yeah, that's the first thing that came to mind, so it probably ties into stat growth in some ridiculous way. Um. At least some cameo characters are considered monster class?
