I was informed last week by Mr jasonfranks that Jim Marshall passed away.

Jim Marshall being the guy who invented the Marshall guitar amplifier.

So I just had to blog about that, didn’t I?

I'm trying to ignore the fact that the mini-fridge is stocked with the swill that is Budweiser as well. It's still hella cool, though. $300 isn't bad.

When I played bass in a band, I used a Peavy amp.

Even when I drank beer, Budweiser was not one of my favorite options. These days I'd stock it with Coke Zero (to mix with the Jack Daniels, which needs no refrigeration. Ask Lemmy. Lemmy knows these things).

And for the record, when I played bass in the band I was in before Skinless Julia, I also used a Peavey amp. :)
