She stands under the shower head as the water pours down on her.  She hears a faint voice say "I love you." She sticks her head out and sees him standing there.  He pulls the shower curtain back and steps in fully clothed.  She asks "What are you doing?"  and he stares at her, then kisses her and repeats "I love you."

Not to sound cynical or anything, but the first thing I'd do is scream because I am not used to people sneaking up on me. Then if dude got in the shower fully clothed, I'd hit him upside the head for being stupid. Hehehe.
