Dress me like a Nazi

I went to my first meeting for the Atlanta French Meet-Up last night as the newly voted organizer of the group. I love organizing things. I get off on it so much, I can’t even really hide that. I like having friends as well at these outside functions where I can go and hang out with and have an enjoyable evening dinner with people. This one guy ( Read more... )

baby you crack me up :)

I don't know what to wear either. we need to figure that out :)

and I'm surprised that you were concentrating on all of the music yesterday, but I can see how you'd like her rougher stuff.

I am quite the multi-talented person, thank you very much.

Although this may qualify as a poor assessment because I was adequately distracted while trying to listen to that album. :)

you are so NOT a Nazi! If you were a Nazi you would have had them burned or beaten for not following orders.

Btw, look who I found on the atlanta pride site: http://atlantapride.org/gallery/album04/abf

DAMN. Those are some burthin' hips I've got there. I'm going to look way cute this year, too!

And as far as the nazis go how do you know I wouldn't be the one doing the beating? hmm...

dude. I totally bought the alanis album like an hour ago. I love it so far (I'm listening to it right now), but what's funny is that while I was reading posts at work all day, I completely missed this one. I'm kind of glad I did, because I may not have bought it if I had read what you wrote. but that's okay. I see why you don't like it. I won't hold it against you ;)

you got it at Starbucks, did't you?

I actually made the special trip to Tower to pick it up but for whatever fluke reason they weren't carrying it. Jess had mentioned to me that she'd seen it at Starbucks before so I picked up the CD through the drive-through window on Piedmont and it was kind of cool. Drive-through CD.

It's not exclusively for Starbucks or anything so I'm not sure why I had trouble finding it. I just think it sounds kind of rushed and all.

Are you going to the concert?

no. I'm not a huge fan of her in concert. I saw her once before, after her 2nd angsty album came out (jagged little pill being the first, though not her first album ever, as she was an 80's [or 90's?] pop princess in canada).

jagged little pill was solid gold. after that? not ...so much. although, "8 easy steps" does have a JLP ring to it. *sigh*

WHY DID ALANIS HAVE TO GO TO INDIA ????

The second album "Infatuation junkie" is actually my favorite of the main four. I like "Baba" and "Joining you". I basically like the things she puts out that has an edge. Some of her softer bullshit is lyrically cool but a little too easy listening for my tastes.

The song that I'm am dying to hear tonight is "So Called Chaos" because that song has some punch.

I can dig the whole India thing but the song "Thank you" I still think is retarded.
