Oh, Rachel, I'm sorry about the building's destruction and the stress of everything. I am glad that you have come to the conclusion that it could be a lot worse and that you and Brian seem to be handling it all incredibly well.

i know. but we've got some of the only first-hand eye witness accounts of some crazy shit going down at one of the most badly damaged buildings in the city.

as crazy as it was to stand and stare out the window, having seen what i've seen was waaaay cool. I feel like I've checked something off of my "Things to do before I die"-list.

We've just heard that it's most likely going to be at least next week before we'll even be able to have a fireman escort us into our units with hard hats on to get some of our clothes and belongings.
