Never! It really is beautiful and like you said, the characters all matched. I truly enjoyed this and I just wish that the show did a better job of portraying NB as a couple or a couple that RECENTLY broke up.

It was in moments like when she wasn’t worrying about keeping her lips glossed and smooth, letting small glimpses of the lost little girl he knew was inside be exposed to the world, that Nate had always loved her most.

that part was beautiful and so true, as was the rest. i really wished they had shown this scene on the show. your writing is flawless :)
