Okay, I redid 0.7.9 to add some small stuff - the tag browser will work on communities now, and DS can now do custom text on mood icons. Those are the only differences - absolutely everything else is the same. It didn't seem like enough of a big change to warrant a new number, plus it's been less than 24 hours since the last one, so that's the ( Read more... )

but.. if it has the same version number, no-one will auto-update, and updating might actually be a pain...

Yeah, this was minor stuff though that wasn't heavily advertised, and I was going to leave it to 0.8, but thought I might as well redo it otherwise it'd be several weeks/months for stuff this minor.

If you could just stick Flickr API, Amazon API and so on into it so I can easily insert pics etc, I'd love it even more ;-)

generally releasing two different pieces of software with the same version number is a pain, as how do you tell them apart? The version number is supposed to idenify this.

Better to version bump to 0.7.10 even if it's for minor stuff. Maybe not worth going back and redoing it this time but in future, it'd be good to stick to principles.
