Went to physio yesterday and found out my knees are fucked up. Duh.... Heh. I now have to go to physio 3 times a week, plus do exxercises on my own. Joy. Oh yeah and the lady never actually said how long I would be going to physio for. I do know that OHIP wont be covering it after April 1st
