I know that may sound nuts, but in some people allergies manifest in strange ways. My sister has allergies that make her super-energetic, and allergies that make her super tired. My kid has an allergy that makes him hyperactive. Seriously, to happen every year in March, it 100% must be environmental, and if it isn't light, then it has to be something blooming.

Allergies could explain the issue in FL though. I do have allergies that make me especially fatigued, and this is just a few steps past that. But up here? We have nothing blooming, unless you count snow! Although today it hit 45 and I have all the windows and blinds open to catch the sun and the warmth.
