I can't believe it almost 2008 - 2007 went by so quickly!    All in all it's been a good year;  some rough patches, but I can say that through most of 2007 i've been pretty happy.    I got to take my dream trip to New Zealand, spend time with good friends from around the country, and fulfill my fangirl wish of meeting Orlando Bloom.    Not too ( Read more... )

* This Christmas I decided to fly up to Michigan to see my mom and some friends. Because I didn't have a lot of money I booked a flight that went to Chicago, and then would catch the connecting flight to Lansing.

 They don't show you much - this could very well be the "smoke monster" from 'Lost' but it still looks damn cool.

My cable company, for the most part, sucks ass.   But one cool thing they do have is this on demand channel called IFC in Theaters.   They pick 5 or 6 independant films every month and put them on pay per view the same day they are released in theaters.    A lot of times the films don't even make it to Atlanta, and even if they do they are cheaper ( Read more... )
