Spoofed

Someone has spoofed one of my email addresses, so now I'm getting hundreds, no thousands, of bouncebacks and error messages. My filters are doing a near-perfect job of sending all of them to my junk folder, but I am annoyed that because someone else, who clearly has my address in their address book, can't manage to keep their computer clean I now have to suffer. Luckily the address being spoofed is one I don't use for regular correspondence. It's actually one I bought when it freed up last year; the previous owner let it lapse.

Apparently, the message being sent out (from a server in France, according to the underlying code in the header) is shilling fake Rolex watches.

My Bulk mail folder is growing at an incredibly fast rate. I purge it about every ten minutes and it has hundreds of messages in it each time. I wonder how long this will go on.
