Congrats love!! Any job is better then no job at all. OMG CORN MAZE. We went in one. It wasn't THAT big, but it was fun. Enjoy the nice weather double for me!

i worked at target pushing carts for 2.5 years in high school. best job I ever had to that point. obviously, working for myself now is a lot better.

if you do your job correctly, it's really easy to get noticed and promoted. especially if you learn multiple things (guest services, cashier, food ave, etc.)

if you want to be a night owl, you can unload trucks overnight and get an extra $1.50 or so per hour. that's what I did one summer. lots of fun too.

I didn't know you worked at Target! Craziness. But yea, based on some of the employees I've seen around that store, I'm sure I will get asked to stay past the seasonal period and even get promoted in a relatively short time. We'll see though.

And that's cool about the truck thing. I'll definitely keep that in mind in case the opportunity comes up.
