OMG LOOK! I finally have time to make a real update! WOW! Lists keep things short(er):

~* Saw Iron Man and Speed Racer, both on their opening weekends. Iron Man was AMAZING of course. Speed Racer was not awful but it wasn't good. It couldn't decide between appealing more to the adults or the kids and ended up stuck in the middle. Some of the lines

It's totally NOT a boring action movie. The effects are really well done and Robert Downey Jr. is AMAZING in this role. He makes the character simultaneously an ass and sweet with a heaping dose of wit on top. It's worth seeing if only for those two reasons.

rex is scott porter from friday night lights (the tv show).

i actually liked the movie. a lot. matthew fox as racer x was AWESOME too. however, i agree. every part with the little brother and the monkey was obnoxious.

Yea I noticed that most of my flist liked the movie. I was reading the entries just going "whaaaa???!" Racer X WAS awesome. Some of it was kinda boring but I think mostly the kid and his monkey ruined it for me. Oh well. To each his own :D
