*Has anyone ever taken Yoga classes? If so, any specific type of Yoga? I've taken a class once, and I was so bored, I could have fallen asleep. But granted, it was early on a Sunday morning so that could have been it. Plus, I've heard it's very relaxing, so I would like to try it again

I've one yoga for about 10 years - still not quite sure what type it is though! *lol* Will try and find out for you! Our lessons are 1hr 30mins with 15 mins relaxation at the start and finish.

I know some yoga classes can be more like meditation classes - and yes, that'd put me to sleep too! ;) In my class it varies every week but we do some quite strong poses and stretches that really build your core strength and flexibility up.

I love it and really notice a difference if i haven't been for a while (both physically and mentally - has a very calming effect on me!) - maybe this one just isn't the right class for you. I love it though so always recommend it! :)

10 years...that's awesome! You go girl. And those are pretty long lessons...the ones offered at my gym are about 55 minutes.

There's this one type of yoga I want to try where you're in a 100 degree room. And apparently, it's very cleansing (obvious, since you're probably sweating puddles) very healthy and relaxing. I'm trying to find a yoga center near me that offers it.

There's actually a yoga center near me that offers them. I just found out today about it, so I'm going sign up and let you know how they are. (If I don't melt into a Dina sweat puddle that is) The room is supposedly 105 degrees and the class is 90 minutes long. Insane! But very intriguing :)

I've never taken Yoga classes but I've always been curious.

Yes "Sam" and "Ruby" are engaged. Rumor has it the big day is this Saturday. and yes they met filming the show. Also, they just got engaged this fall.

I know waaay more about this than a person who doesn't know either of them should but I'm kind of a fan. LOL

Yup, I read the rumor about this weekend as well. I figured they met on the show...but wasn't he engaged to someone else? I remember her being cute and tiny.

And I was too lazy to type Sam and Ruby's real names. lol. I still cant be bothered doing it.

May they have pretty babies. And I hope we get to see some wedding pictures. I'm assuming Jensen's in the bridal party?

Jared was previously engaged to Sandy and yes she was so cute and tiny. (But then again I think a lot of girls would look tiny next to him lol)

I hope to see pics as well. I'm assuming Jensen is too but who knows! ;)

P.S. He too is engaged and the big day is rumored to be in May.
