People eat this shit everyday, and feed it to their kids everyday. N wonder we are a nation of fat-asses.  (nutritional info was taken off the fast food companies websites)

Just wanted to let you know that you didn't make enough points/posts in November to be considered active at sknny_bitches. We changed the rules over there, in a month you must make 3 dieting related posts (these can be responses to daily themes/top ten lists etc that aren't dieting related) and get a total of 20pts.

Since it is the holidays, I am being lenient - so just post ONE dieting related entry before December 1st, and you will not be considered inactive.

If you are too busy to post at all, you can take a hiatus. But just to let you know - December will be a FREE month, so no "inactivity" and nobody will be removed for any reason. We have new hiatus rules too - you can only be on hiatus for 2 months at most. Nobody will removed for this reason until January 20, 2009.
