HI! I decoden phones and other electronic devices! I'm not sure if you're looking for just straight "bling" decoden (i.e. many many rhinestones glued to the case), but I use silicone as a base and add various items on top (most that I make myself). Here's an example on a Samsung Galaxy S I9000:
