Nice to see another optimistic person! :D
I don't really buy cabochons so I can't help much here. I only buy from ebay and Sophe&Toffee.

And the rest of your list can be easily found on eBay and Etsy, from mini spoons to these large ones you saw on my post.
I will post couple of them with your giveaway prize so you could see if you'll like them or not :) (I have plenty of them and I won't use them all...)
