Working all by my lonesome today... poo.  I have a feeling I'm going to be very, very bored, because my boss isn't going to be back until 5 and I don't think Portia or Katy have any plans to come in today.

Woohoo, update time!  Let's see how good things are going compared to last time.

So I think my new job is going okay.  I sometimes feel bad when I can't answer a client's inquiry or I do something wrong, but those moments are getting fewer and farther between.  I still have a long way to go before I get really good at this, but I have a patient boss ( Read more... )

Man, that feels good.

So yeah, I didn't get that job with Acheson Whitley, and I'm beginning to get extremely discouraged.  While Judy, the woman who had interviewed me, talked to me for a bit and gave me a bunch of advice, with the way things are going I'm not sure if I'll be able to actually use it.  Oh well, I shall perservere and keep on keeping on, I suppose.
