Want to know what actually did it for me? The fact that they went against stereotype. The granny writes tech manuals and the big scary biker dude writes about fairies. That's how things work in the real world. :) Well done.

Delightful as always. I'd have come wrapped in blankets and with active handwarmers in every pocket and in my shoes after the freezer incident. The reversal of physical appearance and subject matter for writing is a nice touch too. Reinforcement (yet again) for the old adage "never assume".
