I say go for it because it's a great opportunity. However, I don't want you to go because I guess I'd miss getting coffee. Anyway, the point is that I'm pretty torn, it's tough to tell your best friend to move hours and a thousand miles away.
Just do what you feel is best. But don't go cause you are looking for a challenge, go because it fits your life.
