I always consider Kristi local. I think she prefers to wait to receive and save the money on shipping. Granted, I see her more frequently than you do, but still, it's summer and Summer is the time for many, many birthday parties ;) I'm sure you'll see her plenty. Unless you charged her shipping already, lol, then you should probably just send it :D
